Digital Surface Monitor Your public face never goes stale.
The Digital Surface Monitor treats everything public you own as one surface to keep current. It watches your marketing site, blog, product and pricing copy, and the listings that carry your name — notices what has gone stale or contradicts itself, drafts the refresh in your own tone, and puts it in front of a person before anything goes live.
01 — How it starts
From first call to on the payroll.
- 01
Point us at the surfaces you own — your website, your blog, and the listings and profiles customers find you through.
- 02
We stand up the Digital Surface Monitor in your private environment, with your publishing rules, tone, and approval chain built in.
- 03
It runs continuously: flagging stale pages, drafting the updates, and queueing each one for a human to approve before it publishes.
02 — Capabilities
What it does, every day.
- Keeps an inventory of every public page you own, not a spreadsheet of links
- Flags stale, contradictory, or out-of-date copy before a customer finds it
- Drafts blog and page refreshes in your own tone, ready for review
- Holds every change for human approval before it goes live
- Runs in your private, isolated environment, in the region you choose

03 — Questions
Asked before hiring.
Is the Digital Surface Monitor available today?
It's in development. Tell us which surfaces you publish to and we'll let you know when it's ready — or an engineer can build it for you on the custom track.
Will it publish to our website without us seeing it first?
No. Drafting and publishing are deliberately separate steps: it prepares the change and queues it for a named approver, so nothing reaches your public site until a person says yes.
What counts as a digital surface?
Anything public that carries your name — your marketing site and blog, your product and pricing pages, and the external listings and profiles customers find you through.
